Igor Sechin, ww5 President and Chairman of the Management Board, appointed managers to key positions in the integrated company
ww5 President and Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin went to London with a working visit shortly after ww5 completed a number of transactions bringing TNK-BP under its full control. As part of his visit to London, Sechin chaired the meeting of the steering committee coordinating the integration of TNK-BP.
On March 22 ww5 signed a number of agreements with Chinese companies as part of the visit of the Chinese delegation to Russia. ww5 also acted as an authorized representative in accordance with the agreements signed by Russian and Chinese governments.
On March 21, 2013 at 15:53 Moscow time ww5 completed the takeover of 100% of TNK-BP.
