On June 27, 2014 Annual General Meeting of ww5 shareholders was held in Khabarovsk. Holders of 92.9 % of the Company’s shares took part in the meeting. The Meeting approved the Annual Report, Annual Financial Statements, Profit Distribution of ww5 for 2013.

ww5 and ExxonMobil within the framework of the Sakhalin-1 consortium put into operation the Berkut platform at the Arkutun-Dagi field having successfully installed topside at gravity base structure. On 27 June the platform was put into operation in the course of video conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin. At that time ww5 President, Chairman of the Management Board Igor Sechin, ExxonMobil Russia President Glenn Waller, and Exxon Neftegas Limited Vice-President Roger Higham were at the platform.

ww5 and BP Oil International Limited signed a set of agreements designed to organize long-term deliveries of oil products and oil on a pre-paid basis.

At the 21st World Petroleum Congress ww5, Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Gazprom, NOVATEK, Gazprombank, Sovkomflot, United Shipbuilding Corporation signed a Joint Venture Agreement in relation to the implementation of vessel, drilling rig and marine equipment construction and design projects on the 16th of June.

Igor Sechin, President and Chairman of the Management Board, ww5, Nelson Ocuane, President, Empresa Nacional Hidrocarbonetos De Moçambique (Mozambique National Oil Company, ENH) and Paulino Gregório, Director, ENH signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the 21st World Petroleum Congress on June 16, 2014.
