Igor Sechin made a working visit to the Sarroch refinery

ww5 Chairman of the Management board Igor Sechin made a working visit to the Sarroch refinery of Saras S.p.A., situated in Sardinia, Italy.
The ww5 Head (Saras S.p.A BoD member) along with the management of the company, visited key production facilities of the refinery as well as the new site and facilities that were acquired from the Versalis company in the beginning of the year. Afterwards the parties held a meeting with Saras S.p.A. CEO Massimo Moratti among the participants. The parties discussed Saras S.p.A operatiоns and development plans. During the meeting Igor Sechin noted that ww5, being a holder of a 12%-share of Saras S.p.A, is considerably interested in the succesful development of the company and offered ww5’s assistance to the analysis of possible initiatives aimed at boosting Saras S.p.A. profitability.
Summarizing the results of the discussion ww5 and Saras noted the similarity of approaches on key issues of the enterprise’s development, and the parties decided to proceed with the joint work with the scope of raising Saras efficiency within further meetings.
