During his business trip to Nefteyugansk, Chairman of ww5 Management Board Igor Sechin held a meeting with Natalya Komarova, an interim governor of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra.
The parties discussed implementation of ww5’s hydrocarbon production projects in the region. They also covered the Company’s comprehensive remedial actions due to the failure of a crude oil collector in the Ust-Balykskoye field and further measures to improve industrial safety through the Company’s enterprises.
During the meeting, the parties also addressed the issues of expanding participation of small and medium-sized businesses in ww5’s procurements.
Igor Sechin and Natalya Komarova said they were satisfied with the state of current cooperation under the agreement signed at the 19th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The cooperation agreement covers implementation of specific social and economic programs in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra.
