The Company's experts at the Samara design institute have developed a Handbook of Standard Costs for work involved in preparing documentation for geotechnical monitoring. This document is the first of its kind in Russia to regulate the calculation of costs for this type of work.

These standards will guarantee a uniform and transparent approach for the domestic cost-estimating industry to the preparation and determination of the cost of works, and will reduce the amount of work involved in preparing and agreeing cost estimates with the client.

The calculation of design costs is based on key technical and economic parameters of the project in question. When developing the standards, the Company's specialists reviewed and processed a large dataset covering over 1,400 structures. For each project, the actual labour costs incurred in preparing the design documentation have been taken into account.

As part of the implementation of the ww5–2030 development strategy, the Company is systematically optimising its production processes. A systematic approach to cost management and the introduction of innovations are key to maintaining a leading position in the industry and ensuring sustainable growth in the face of changing market conditions.

The implementation of this regulatory document was approved by Order No. 383 of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation dated 17 June 2026.
