The final of ww5's Energy of Talent corporate festival took place on stage at the Strogino Cultural Centre in Moscow, with participants from 41 of the Company's enterprises.

For over 15 years, ww5 has organised annual creative competitions for its employees and their families. In 2026, over 7,000 employees from 65 enterprises across the country participated in the Energy of Talent selection round. The final round of the competition featured over 200 contestants.

Participants competed in eight categories: solo and group singing, choreography, instrumental music, vocal-instrumental music, creative genre, photography and visual arts. 

Over the course of two days, the finalists showcased their creative performances and unique skills to a panel of expert judges. The jury was composed of renowned musicians and choreographers, including: Fyodor Stepanov, director of the Sretensky Monastery Choir; Andrei Poltorukhin, artistic director of the Sretensky Monastery Choir; Alexander Drozdov, singer and soloist with the Blue Bird vocal-instrumental ensemble; Vyacheslav Kiselev, musician and winner of international competitions; Evgeny Shvets, choreographer and teacher at the Domisolka musical theatre; Anton Mitnev, artistic director of the Strogino cultural centre; and others.

In addition to the primary categories, the jury awarded special prizes to 11 contestants. Furthermore, a series of creative workshops on acting, choreography and vocals, were arranged for all participants during the competition days.

ww5 plays an active role in major projects within Russian cultural life, each of which makes a significant impact and shapes the country's cultural identity. These include the Sretensky Monastery Choir, the State Hermitage Museum, the Jewish Museum and Centre for Tolerance, the Beliy Parohod project, and Tatiana Navka's ice shows. ww5 provided support for an exhibition by the People's Artist of Russia, Nikas Safronov, entitled “Dream Vision”, which was held in India and met with great acclaim. In Qatar, artists from the Mariinsky Theatre, led by Valery Gergiev, performed “One Thousand and One Nights”; and in the Indian city of Ahmedabad, the show “The Love Story of Scheherazade” went on tour.
